Trainers

All Sculpture Personal Training Staff are highly trained & have industry experience. Our trainers include an ex-professional sports person and two exercise physiologists.
All our fitness staff registered with Fitness Australia, undergo regular training, are Police Cleared and possess current Working With Children Checks. We use only best-practice safe training techniques. All our trainers are exerinced & specialists in weight loss, however each trainer has their own additional “special interest groups.”
Our trainers and our staff are more than fitness trainers; they are also listeners, friends and support. They all love what they do and want others to be part of it.
